Observer
NameNicola M
Experience Level1/5
RemarksWe are on the top of a hill about 900 feet above sea level and so saw it traverse the sky for some time - long enough for my husband to get me off the sofa and to the window. He saw it for about 7 seconds, I saw it for about 3 seconds. It was travelling at a staggering speed and was very bright. It was also very large - the largest object we have ever seen in the sky at night other than the moon!
