Remarks | I was on the 18th floor, looking west, and it was moving as fast as if someone balled up some paper and threw it.Thought it was from the fireworks.Probably no more than 10 metres from our balcony, and almost level, a little lower.Was almost spiralling, and I didn't see where it landed, may have gone out or blocked by the next balcony |
